  • DISPATCH

    I aim to ship orders out within 1-3 days.

    If you require a print by a particular date, please get in touch to see whether this is possible.

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive en email with a tracking code.

    SHIPPING

    Denmark - Postnord 1-2 days.

    International shipping:

    Delivery aim for orders to Europe is up to 7 days

    Delivery aim for international orders outside Europe is up to 14 days.

    International orders may be subject to customs delays. If your order does not arrive in the recommended timeframe please get in touch.

    Occasionally international shipments shipped by standard mail can take longer than expected. Particularly during the build up to Christmas. Delays are sadly out of my control and I appreciate your patience if you experience this. Please always get in touch and I will do my best to help you.

  • I offer 60 days free return from the date of your receipt if you change your mind. The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging or similar protective tube/box.Please contact me before returning any items.If returning from outside the EU Please make sure to fill out the correct paperwork so that the parcel will not get stuck in customs.The return shipping cost is the customer’s own expense.As soon as I receive and register your return, I will make a refund to the payment method you used for your order and send you a confirmation.

  • I do my best to ship your order in a safe and secure way. If your order for any reason or in any way arrives damaged, please get in touch straight away so I can help you solve the problem.

    Important: Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product(s) and send them together with other relevant information.
